These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777tez ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777tez website, mobile application and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

777tez is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform serving users including those based in Pakistan. By accessing any part of the 777tez platform, creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on 777tez, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction that has been specifically designated as a restricted territory by 777tez.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling on 777tez or under any other self-exclusion arrangement that covers online gambling services.
• You do not hold a position as an employee, contractor, officer or director of 777tez or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You have not previously had a 777tez account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on 777tez. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777tez will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — including bets placed, withdrawals requested or account changes made — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 777tez support team at the address provided in Section 16. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC verification and payment processing timelines.

777tez is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism-financing ("CTF") regulations. Accordingly, we require all users to complete a Know Your Customer verification process before withdrawals are processed and at any point we deem it necessary to verify your identity.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or document confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund your account (e.g., a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or a transaction reference from a mobile wallet).
• Source of Funds: For higher-value transactions, 777tez may request documentation confirming the lawful origin of funds deposited into your account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawal rights or permanent closure of the account. 777tez reserves the right to withhold funds where fraud, identity misrepresentation or AML concerns have been identified pending the outcome of an investigation.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. 777tez does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your account are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method and user account tier.

Payment provider names referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local payment references for the convenience of Pakistani users only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that these providers support or facilitate gambling transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and confirmation that the relevant funds have cleared. 777tez aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified on the platform, though processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically and operationally possible. 777tez reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size, frequency or pattern.

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are referenced on this platform, they are provided as contextual guidance only. The functional currency of your account is determined at registration. Exchange rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the relevant transaction and are subject to change.

From time to time, 777tez may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes and other promotional incentives. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Each promotion specifies eligible games and bet types. Bets placed on excluded markets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are offered on a one-per-household, one-per-device and one-per-IP-address basis unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 777tez reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where operational, technical or regulatory circumstances require it.

All bets placed on 777tez are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific, event-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

A bet is accepted and becomes binding only when the platform has confirmed acceptance and the relevant stake has been deducted from the user's account balance. 777tez reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

In the event that odds or market terms are offered due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure (a "palpable error"), 777tez reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes at its absolute discretion. Winnings derived from palpable errors are not considered valid and will not be paid.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Once a live bet has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user. 777tez will not be held liable for delays in data feeds or connectivity issues that affect live bet placement.

Markets are settled using official results from recognised governing bodies — including the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan Cricket Board, FIFA and other relevant sporting authorities — as well as trusted data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 777tez's trading team, applied with reference to the published rules, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777tez platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating, operating or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other account process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose.
• Colluding with other users to fix bets, manipulate markets or exploit the platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to place bets, exploit odds movements or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a manner that provides a financial advantage, without promptly reporting the issue to 777tez support.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or underlying logic of the platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the security, integrity or availability of the platform for other users.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other users without authorisation.

All content available on the 777tez platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of 777tez or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

The 777tez name, logo and all related marks, designs and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of 777tez. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use our trademarks, trade names or service marks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777tez, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure.

777tez makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free basis. The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777tez is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help users stay in control of their gaming activity. We encourage all users to set personal limits and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

777tez reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, withhold funds and cancel pending bets at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• You are a resident of, or are accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which use of the platform is prohibited.
• Continuation of your account would expose 777tez to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requires us to restrict or close your account.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method after the completion of any outstanding review processes.

777tez reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to the email address associated with your account before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.2 before the new Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed within the licensing information section of the platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777tez, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body or a mutually agreed arbitration forum.
